How do I create an account?

Download the Yamue app from the App Store or Google Play, then tap "Sign Up" and follow the prompts to create your account with your email or phone number.

How do I find businesses near me?

Open the app and allow location access. The app will automatically show businesses near your current location. You can also search by category, name, or use filters.

How do I book a service?

Browse to the business offering the service, select the service you want, choose an available time slot, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a confirmation notification.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment processor. Your payment information is encrypted and secure.

For Businesses

How do I sign up my business?

Download the app and select "Business Sign Up". Provide your business information, verify your identity, and connect your Stripe account to start accepting payments.

How do I add products or services?

Go to your business dashboard, tap "Add Product" or "Add Service", fill in the details including photos, prices, and descriptions, then publish.

When do I receive payments?

Payments are processed through Stripe and deposited to your bank account according to your Stripe payout schedule (typically 2-7 business days).

How do I manage bookings?

All bookings appear in your business dashboard. You can view details, confirm appointments, and manage your calendar. You'll receive push notifications for new bookings.
